Coaching is a relationship business pretending to be a software business. The $5M and $20M mentorships, the trading programs, the sales academies — they aren't winning on content. Everyone has content. They're winning because someone on their team notices when a student goes quiet, asks for a testimonial at the right moment, and books a save call on Tuesday before the refund comes in on Friday.
That work is the whole job. And nobody built the tool for it. Every platform in our category was built for the founder-expert or the student. The CS team — the people who actually keep the operation running — got a spreadsheet. We're changing that.
